48 hour cancellations. You are allowed to cancel your reservation all the way up until 2 days prior to the day of arrival (at 4pm). When you call to cancel, ALWAYS get a cancellation number from our clerks to verify.
Check-in Time is 4pm. If your room is ready before 4pm, you are very welcome to check in early. If you give us a valid credit card number, we will hold the room after 3 until as late as you need it to be.
Check-out Time is 11am. Late check out (12 pm) is available by request and the availability of the hotel by the discretion of any Front Desk Agent. Any Check out after 12:00 PM will be charged for the next night’s stay at the current rate for that specific day.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. ALL BALCONIES ARE NON-SMOKING. The only designated area where smoking is allowed on property is outside on the ground floor. A $250 fee will be charged if anyone is caught smoking in the rooms or on the balconies.
NO PETS. We do charge a $250 fee if any pet is found in the room unless it is a service dog in compliance with ADA rules & regulations.
A valid credit card number is required in order to make a reservation. We do NOT charge your card at the time your reservation is made. On the day of arrival, we will pre-authorize the card given for the amount of the stay. This is not a charge, but rather a hold on the card to guarantee our payment. Upon arrival, if you wish to switch to a different card or pay cash, you may do so, and the hold on the card in the amount of your stay will be released. PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to pay on cash only, a $250 cash refundable deposit will be required as a damage deposit. This deposit is returned after room inspection at check-out. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Whenever a preauthorization is released (if you decide to pay cash, or switch to another card), it may take anywhere from 1-3 business days for the bank to release the hold.
Local residents: Unfortunately, we do not rent to local residents of Sevier and Cocke counties. Some other local areas require a $250 refundable cash deposit at check-in. Please check with your booking representative to see if your stay will require a deposit.
